With schools and borders being closed amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, the World Federation of United Nations Associations launched Youth Connect, a 9-week Global Citizenship Education program for high school students (ages 13-18), seeking to help them build the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to take on the world’s most pressing challenges and opportunities.
The program challenges students to collaborate across cultures and prepares them to succeed in a global arena, while taking care of the planet for future generations. The Program was also designed to enhance students’ profile for future academic and career opportunities.
