WFUNA’s Secretariat is composed of three global offices in New York, Geneva, and Seoul.

Secretary-General
Bonian Golmohammadi was elected Secretary-General of the World Federation of United Nations Associations (WFUNA) in August 2009. Since then, WFUNA has substantially grown in its programmatic activities, organizational structure - including the establishment of new offices in Seoul, Korea, Brussels, Belgium and New Delhi, India - and partnerships.

Peace & Security Officer
Pablo is Peace and Security Officer at the World Federation of UN Associations where he leads WFUNA's peace and security work, specifically on Security Council reform, peacebuilding, conflict prevention and peace operations. He is also in charge of WFUNA's youth program, particularly as it relates to youth participation in decision-making, youth, peace and security, and youth empowerment and engagement.
Entrepreneurship Program Associate
Charlotte is the Entrepreneurship Program Associate at the World Federation of UN Associations in the Seoul office. SDG 16+ Associate
Nicholas is the Sustainable Development Associate based in WFUNA’s New York office. Nicholas began working at WFUNA in September 2018 as the Program Assistant for the 16+ Forum and the Peace & Security portfolio. Since March 2019, Nicholas has been working exclusively on the 16+ Forum, helping to grow the Forum’s membership and participation in the Annual Showcase as well as with the organization and execution of the Showcase each year....
Model UN Program Associate
Finn Carlson is WFUNA’s Model UN Program Associate. In this capacity, he is in charge of coordinating and managing WFUNA’s Model UN Programs, including the WFUNA International Model UN (WIMUN) conferences. Prior to joining WFUNA, Finn interned for the United Nations and the European Union and was engaged in a multitude of WFUNA projects as a student. Student Training Fellow
Irene Jihee Choi is the Student Training Fellow at WFUNA’s Seoul office. She is responsible for assisting WFUNA with the planning, implementation and evaluation of education programmes. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Korean Studies and Political Science from Sogang University.
Education & Training Associate
Saraana is the Education and Training Associate based in WFUNA’s Geneva office. She is responsible for supporting WFUNA with planning, implementation and evaluation of training and education programs in Geneva, Vienna and Rome.
Human Resources & Administration Officer
Ferney Giraldo is WFUNA’s Human Resources & Administration Officer. In this capacity, he oversees all Human Resources functions for WFUNA, including talent and benefits management, recruitment and on-boarding, employee relations and compliance. Ferney also acts as WFUNA’s chief administrator, managing employment contracts, supporting staff and overall office functions.
Education Officer
Aziel Philippos Goulandris is the Education Officer based in WFUNA's Geneva office. He holds M.A.'s of International Dispute Resolution from King’s College London and International Relations from University of Bordeaux as well as a B.A. of Law. His previous work experience includes serving as a legal officer for the Coast Guard and Navy and as a Human Rights and Humanitarian expert for the Greek Permanent Mission to the UN in Geneva.

E.J. Eun-Jung Koh is the Administrative Officer at WFUNA’s Seoul Office. She joined the team in May 2018 and is currently responsible for coordinating administrative affairs of the Seoul Office.
Training & Education Associate
Peter Youngjin Lee is the Training and Education Associate at WFUNA’s Seoul Office. He joined the team in March 2016 and is currently responsible for coordinating education programs in the Republic of Korea. Peter has actively participated in Model UN activities for more than 10 years as delegate and Secretariat member at various conferences throughout Asia and Europe. Senior Partnerships & Innovation Officer
Joseph Jisong Lim is the Senior Partnerships and Innovation Officer at WFUNA's office in Seoul. His role is to manage and develop partner relations as well as to devise and implement innovative projects for WFUNA. His past experience includes scaling up a nation level education integration and rural development project in the Amazon with KOICA and the Ecuadorian Ministry of Education, receiving the Award for Educational Innovation.
Model UN Coordinator
Mr. William Yotive is currently the Model UN Coordinator for WFUNA. Prior to working at WFUNA, Mr. Yotive was Project Manager of the United Nations Global Teaching and Learning Project within the Outreach Division of the UN Department of Public Information for more than 14 years. He was responsible for creating educational materials for schools around the world on the United Nations and global issues on its agenda.

Isabelle is based at WFUNA in New York and leads the Mission Possible program. Isabelle is an international education professional specialized in peace education and youth engagement. Design Consultant
Hyunna (Wook Hyun) Yoo is the Graphic Designer at WFUNA’s Seoul office. She is responsible for designing for WFUNA's various programs. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Information and Interaction Design and Culture and Design Management from Yonsei University.
