Through our partnership with the Research Center of United Nations and International Organizations (RCUNIO), a group of eighteen university and high schools students attended the first WFUNA Advanced Training Program of the summer. The group travelled to Washington, DC to visit various UN organizations including the World Bank, the Women Thrive Alliance, and the International Monetary Fund. The two final days of the week-long training took place at UN Headquarters in New York City, where the participants studied the Sustainable Development Goals and presented their ideas on their implementation.
