Savannah Jamora

Savannah Jamora serves as WIMUN New York’s Secretary-General for 2026, bringing a wealth of experience as an International Business and International Relations graduate, healthcare project manager, and former WIMUN Senior Secretariat member. Currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Law and Finance, Savannah hopes to leverage her academic and professional background to make this edition of WIMUN the best one yet. Her journey into the world of diplomacy began in 2015 at her first WIMUN conference—an eye-opening experience that fueled her passion for youth empowerment and engagement. Savannah firmly believes that young leaders possess the creativity, vision, and determination to drive meaningful change. She is dedicated to inspiring them to step into leadership roles, champion innovative solutions, and become active architects of a better world. With great enthusiasm, Savannah welcomes all WIMUN New York 2026 delegates, encouraging them to to think outside the box, share groundbreaking ideas, and embrace the spirit of consensus. She hopes each participant will leave not only with new friendships and invaluable insights but also with the confidence to shape global conversations and contribute to a more peaceful, sustainable, and equitable future.

Maxine Moreau

Maxine Moreau is an international relations undergraduate with a masters on European and International Governance with a specific interest in migration and refugee international law. Maxine is currently an intern in the International Organization for Migration in Geneva, Switzerland. She aspires to be in the humanitarian field and helping with refuge camps and asylum seekers empowering women and marginalized migrants. Being from 5 different nationalities which include: Mexican, French, Dominican, German and American; Maxine is a strong believer in the unity of cultures and mindsets in a multilateral environment to work best in finding international solutions. Apart from her professional life, Maxine loves musical theatre and is a Disney adult, Potter head and a Marvel and DC fan. She listens to all kinds of music and loves to take music recommendations and new playlists! Having experience in chairing and helping organize previous WIMUN conferences, Maxine is super excited to embark on this journey of being the Under Secretary General for General Assembly Affairs and Conference Management and make the WIMUN experience as unforgettable to others as it was for her!
Gooi Min Hsian
Under-Secretary-General for Global Communications

Gooi Min Hsian

Gooi Min Hsian, from Malaysia, will reprise her role as Under-Secretary-General for Global Communications at WIMUN New York 2026, having previously served in the same capacity at WIMUN New York 2025, WIMUN Singapore 2025 and Global Model World Health Organisation 2025. With a Master’s degree with Honours in International Management and a background spanning education, psychology, and marketing, she brings a multidisciplinary approach to global health communications. She is also the Communications and Marketing Consultant for WFUNA. Michelle oversees the Department of Global Communications (DGC), supporting the team’s efforts across social media strategy, content creation, and photo and video deliverables. Grateful for the opportunity to serve once again, she hopes to help delegates stay immersed in the spirit of consensus through the real United Nations experience. By capturing your meaningful moments throughout the week, she aims to give every participant something they can look back on with pride and joy long after the final gavel falls.

Hongshan Duan

Hongshan Duan (Diana) is the youngest PhD candidate at Beijing Foreign Studies University Law School, where her research weaves through the intersections of comparative criminal law, extradition, and international organizations. Her journey with WIMUN began in 2021 and has since become a defining part of her academic and personal growth. In the past few years, each role she experienced in Model UN has deepened her belief in the transformative power of diplomacy and youth engagement. What draws her back year after year is not only WIMUN’s unparalleled commitment to the most accurate simulation of the United Nations—but the people who bring that vision to life. She is committed to working alongside a dedicated and lovely Policy team, to shape a conference where precision meets passion, and every delegate walks away empowered and inspired.

Subham Kumar Agarwal

Subham Agarwal is a strategy consultant at Bain & Company, where he works with private equity and hedge fund clients across the Americas. What truly drives him, though, is the belief that business can be a powerful force for good. From leading healthcare initiatives in Zambia and Tanzania to building financial literacy and education programs in India, Subham is passionate about turning big ideas into real-world impact. He studied Economics at Hansraj College, where he held multiple leadership roles and launched social initiatives that reached thousands. Subham believes in empowering young people to lead with empathy, purpose, and conviction. He was drawn to WFUNA’s mission of a consensus-driven world, and found it to be a uniquely transformative experience. He hopes it inspires and empowers you, just as it did for him.

Florian Nguyen

Florian Nguyen is a rising entrepreneur in healthcare and international relations. Following his passion for international relations, he moved to Phoenix, Arizona after completing his engineering degree in Germany. Florian now actively supports the healthcare sector while maintaing an active presence in the international relations scene in Arizona. Florian is committed to collaborate with a diverse team to ensure delegates leave WIMUN with a positive and enriching experience.
Camila Victoria Serrato Rivera

Camila Victoria Serrato Rivera

Camila is a medical student from Morelia, Mexico. She’s currently entering her fourth year of medical school while partaking in multiple volunteering and diplomacy activities. She has been doing Model UN since 9 years ago, and she’s particularly interested in promoting Sustainable Development Goal #3: Good Health and Well-being. She’s passionate about research opportunities in the fields of haematology and oncology, and she has participated in undergraduate research groups in Mexico and Italy. She also enjoys artistic activities like writing and designing, and she hopes to bring her creativity into the team to help make WIMUN New York 2026 an incredible experience with long-lasting impact.

Andrea Pintor

Andrea is a recent graduate in Robotics and Digital Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico. Her journey with WIMUN began in 2018, and she has continued to return year after year, drawn by its multicultural environment that fosters collaboration and the exchange of ideas among young leaders. She has been actively involved in Model United Nations since the age of 13, participating in conferences across Mexico and Peru in various capacities, including delegate and chair. Beyond MUN, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership and advocacy. She has worked at Intel, served as President of a national student organization promoting women in STEM, and led the student council of her academic program. Passionate about empowering future leaders and advancing access to education, she is now working as a Quality Assurance Engineer at C3.ai.

Manuel Calderon

Manuel holds a law degree with honors from Universidad de Lima, and currently works as a legal analyst for a private equity firm with investments throughout Latin America. As an extracurricular activity, he has been involved in Model UN since 2017, specifically with the WIMUN approach, which has fueled his passion for diplomacy and policymaking, including his participation as Secretary for the simulation of Intergovernmental Negotiations on the Reform of the Security Council in 2020. Dedicated to sustainability, he previously served as the Legal Director of the 180 Degrees Consulting branch at Universidad de Lima, supporting social projects in Peru through advisory with the support of consulting firms as strategic allies. Manuel is committed to driving positive change and inspiring future generations.

Bianca Silveira Ferreira

Bianca is a Brazilian international student in the US, double majoring in Political Science and Global Studies with a concentration in International Security and a minor in French. After having participated in over 20 Model UNs—including two editions of WIMUN and GMWHO—Bianca has gained extensive experience in the roles of delegate, vice-chair, and chair. She now serves as the Assistant-Secretary-General for ECOSOC Policy at WIMUN New York 2026. Her journey in Model UN has not only sharpened her understanding of global governance and multilateral negotiations, but has also been a profoundly transformative diplomatic experience. Through WIMUN’s emphasis on accuracy and consensus-building, Bianca has discovered the power of youth diplomacy to foster empathy, leadership, and creative problem-solving. She is committed to creating a space where every delegate feels empowered to contribute meaningfully, challenge assumptions, and walk away inspired to engage in shaping a more secure and cooperative international community.

Juan Pablo Camarena Cervera

Juan is a political analyst based in Mexico City, where he founded and leads a tech-centered political risk consulting firm. Though he specializes in regional security and political affairs, he is passionate about international cooperation and multilateralism. He has been an avid WIMUN participant since 2020 as he believes that involving youth in solving the world’s most pressing problems is key to a better future. During his university years, Juan founded an NGO focused on providing disaster relief in Mexico in coordination with national and international organisations. Juan is commited to create an inspiring environment that motivates all delegates to voice their ideas, build lasting connections, and translate resolutions into real-world impact.
Andrea Carolina Acosta Ferro

Andrea Acosta Ferro

Andrea Acosta is a Coordination intern for the Private Sector Partnerships Unit at the International Organization for Migration (UN-IOM). She has a Sociology and International development bachelors from the University of Sussex. She is a UN Volunteer, currently enrolled into her masters starting this fall at the University of Geneva (UNIGE). She is originally from Panama, but comes from a family of immigrants who come from Italy, Lebanon, and Nicaragua. Andrea is fluent in english and spanish, and proficient at French. Before this internship she was a research intern at a International Social and Political Research Centre in Panama, where she led and coordinated several research projects for the Gender, Social Rights and History teams. She attended the Geneva Diplomatic Institute’s Summer Program, and was part of her High School’s Model United Nations. Andrea is passionate about Gender, Migration and Social Justice. She looks forward to meeting and collaborating with upcoming leaders championing UN values.

Sahl Masood Ahmed

Sahl Masood Ahmed is a Master’s student in Healthcare and Design at Imperial College London, where he explores the intersection of clinical innovation, design thinking, and public health systems. With a background in Economics and a strong interest in global health diplomacy, Sahl has represented Mozambique at the Global Model WHO simulation in Geneva and served both as a delegate and Conference Management Officer at LonWHO in London. These experiences have sharpened his skills in negotiation, intercultural dialogue, and structured public speaking within high-pressure diplomatic environments. Beyond academics, Sahl enjoys applying design thinking to healthcare challenges and is passionate about creating meaningful, inclusive experiences. He is excited to bring this energy to WIMUN New York 2026 and contribute to its impactful and collaborative spirit.
Siddhant Agarwal CMO

Siddhant Agarwal

Siddhant Agarwal is a second-year student at the National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata, pursuing an integrated degree in Law and Arts. Since 2018, he has been actively involved in Model United Nations conferences across South Asia, marking nearly a decade of engagement with global diplomacy and student leadership. He was recognised by various United Nations forums for his grassroots-level aid efforts during the Covid-19 pandemic. Over the years, his interests have evolved to encompass International Relations, with a particular focus on International Law and its role in promoting global security. Most recently, Siddhant was part of the team that ranked 9th at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Hong Kong—one of the largest moot court competitions in the world. Passionate about team-driven initiatives and institutional development, he looks forward to learning from the diverse and vibrant community at WIMUN New York.

Anastasia Asenguah

Anastasia Asenguah is a Drug Design and Biomedical Science postgraduate student at Edinburgh Napier University in the UK. Before becoming a Conference Management Officer for WIMUN New York 2026, Anastasia has experience with organising global health conferences, over the past three years she has worked as the Operations and Logistics Lead for the London Model WHO Simulation and Operations and Logistics Coordinator for the International Federation of Medical Students Associations’ (IFMSA) Youth-Pre World Health Assembly advocacy programme. Anastasia is deeply passionate about global health and has worked with a variety of national and international student-led organisations to improve her knowledge of global healthcare systems. She is especially excited to meet young people from around the world who are passionate about developing skills needed to create a better world during this WIMUN New York 2026!
Margaux de Foy

Margaux de Foy

Margaux de Foy is currently interning at a think tank in Amman, Jordan, focusing on Middle Eastern issues and their ties with European institutions. She is completing her Bachelor’s degree in European Studies at Maastricht University, where she specialized in EU foreign policy, international relations, and regional security. Her MUN journey began at WIMUN New York 2023, followed by serving as Under-Secretary-General for Logistics at EuroMUN 2024. She also gained professional experience as an intern at the Belgian Embassy in Luxembourg and as a Staffing Manager for Nestor in Brussels, developing strong organizational and leadership skills. Alongside her academic and professional path, Margaux has been an active volunteer with Make-A-Wish Belgium and a scout leader, reflecting her dedication to youth empowerment and social engagement. She is excited to return to WIMUN, this time as a Conference Management Officer, and looks forward to supporting delegates in making the most of their experience.

Christie Kim

Christie Kim is a purpose-driven professional with a deep commitment to advancing global health, health equity, and youth empowerment. She currently serves as Clinical Research Coordinator at UC San Diego Health for cancer research and also has experience as an ORISE Fellow at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), where she contributed to preserving scientific quality and integrity across the agency—championing public health as a collaborative, team-based mission. With compassion at the core of her work, Christie aims to bridge clinical care and public health to address systemic health disparities. Her goal is to deliver culturally responsive, evidence-based care that empowers underserved communities and drives structural change in healthcare systems. Christie’s interest in global engagement began in high school as a Model UN delegate and mentor. She continues to remain passionate about youth development and is committed to nurturing the next generation of global health leaders through mentorship and advocacy.

Mauricio Landin Mestre is an international relations masters with focuses on Transitional Justice, food security and human rights. Mauricio is currently an intern at the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva, Switzerland. From supporting charities in highschool to working in permanent Missions to the UN and now at the UN secretariat Mauricio brings much real world UN experience in the human rights sphere of work. Having done MUN since he was 14 at both highschool and university level Mauricio looks forward to supporting the WIMUN conference and making the experience unforgettable.

Diana Mukhidova is a postgraduate student in Business Management and holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in International Relations and Political Science, reflecting her longstanding passion for diplomacy and global governance. Originally from Tajikistan, raised in Russia, and currently based in Switzerland, Diana brings a rich and diverse cultural perspective to her international work. Diana serves as Education and Training Assistant at the World Federation of United Nations Associations (WFUNA), where she contributes to youth-focused programs. With a keen interest in event coordination and global engagement, she thrives on creating meaningful, well-organized experiences that connect people and ideas. Her academic and professional background enables her to bridge strategic planning with cross-cultural dialogue making platforms like WIMUN the perfect arena to apply her skills and interests. Temiloluwa Oyewole

Temiloluwa Oyewole is a Global Political Economy student at the University of Manitoba with a strong passion for international law, human rights, and community empowerment. Born and raised in Nigeria and now based in Canada, she brings a unique cross-cultural lens to her work. Temiloluwa is actively involved in student leadership and advocacy, currently serving as the Black Student Representative in her student union and participating in Plan International Canada’s Girls Belong Here program. While WIMUN New York 2026 will be her first Model United Nations experience, she has consistently demonstrated her commitment to diplomacy and global dialogue through initiatives focused on gender equity, youth engagement, and systemic change. Temiloluwa is excited to step into the world of MUN and contribute to thoughtful, transformative conversations on the international stage.

Andreas Papadopoulos

Andreas is a fourth-year Law student at the University of Nicosia with a strong background in events management and leadership. He currently serves as Events Officer at the University’s Events Office. In 2024, he founded the first-ever University of Nicosia Model United Nations (UNIC MUN), a conference that was met with great success, attracting over 150 participants from nearly 20 countries. In addition to UNIC MUN, Andreas has participated in numerous conferences across Cyprus, Greece, and other European countries, both as a speaker and organizer. He has represented the University of Nicosia and the Republic of Cyprus at several international summits in Brussels, Strasbourg, and other locations. He also serves as the student representative of the University at the NEOLAiA European Universities Alliance. He has extensive experience working with international teams, as he was involved in projects taking place in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Sweden, Spain, the Czech Republic and more. While his academic background is in Law, Andreas’s career aspirations lie in the fields of Management, Leadership, and Diplomacy.

Navindu Ralapanawe is a Political Science undergraduate at Rutgers University – New Brunswick, with focused studies in Philosophy, Economics, and International Relations. With hands-on experiences at non-profit organizations, as well as experience in education, he has a passion for public policy and youth engagement. He previously interned at the Permanent Mission of Sri Lanka to the United Nations, where he gained valuable insight into diplomatic processes. Ana Martín Redondo

Ana Martín is an International Relations graduate with a strong passion for global cooperation, and intercultural exchange. She will soon begin her master’s in Sports Marketing, combining her interest in international affairs with the dynamic world of sports. Throughout her professional journey, Ana has worked with WFUNA as an Education and Training Assistant, gaining valuable experience in conference coordination and diplomatic environments. She will proudly serve as a Conference Management Officer for this event, committed to ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for all participants. With roots from Spain, the UK and the UAE, Ana believes that diversity is key to effective global solutions. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys doing crossfit, watching F1 and travelling. Having been involved in previous international conferences, she is excited to contribute to this event and help make it an unforgettable experience for everyone involved!

Ana Carolina Carvalho Silva

Ana Carolina Carvalho is a Brazilian who recently graduated from high school. During her journey as a student passionate about global studies and communication, she had the opportunity to participate in more than 30 Model United Nations conferences in Brazil and abroad. She serves as Under-Secretary-General at São Paulo Model United Nations, and also took on the role of Secretary-General for a conference she founded. This will be her second WIMUN, and her first as a member of the Secretariat. Ana is looking forward to working with a diverse and committed team to provide an outstanding experience for all participants at WIMUN 2026 New York.

Ivana Isabel Solís Mata

Ivana Solís is a second-year law student at Universidad Anáhuac Mayab in Mexico and a legal intern at a corporate law firm specializing in cross-border transactions and regulatory compliance. She has gained early professional experience supporting legal teams in areas such as corporate structuring and international business operations. With a strong interest in international relations, corporate law, and diplomacy, Ivana is focused on building a globally oriented legal career. In addition to her legal work, Ivana has extensive experience participating in and organizing Model United Nations conferences, where she has developed skills in diplomacy, negotiation, and public speaking. She has also played key roles in event coordination, contributing to the successful execution of academic and professional events that foster international dialogue and collaboration.

I was born in Spain and, at 14, moved to Bangkok, where I discovered my passion for different cultures and global perspectives. I’ve been living and studying in Geneva, actively engaging with the international community, and I’m truly enthusiastic and happy to be joining the team. Soon, I’ll be moving to Brussels to study International Affairs, and I’m excited to keep learning, growing, and contributing wherever I can.

Lorenzo Tredici

Lorenzo Tredici is an international relations undergraduate with a concentration in International politics at the University of Geneva. Having a multicultural background born in Italy, raised in Brussels, and now based in Geneva. Lorenzo speaks French, Italian and English, and is currently learning Chinese to further deepen his understanding of international affairs, particularly China’s global role. Lorenzo has previously served as the Director of Finance of the GIMUN (Geneva International Model United Nations), an NGO with special consultative status with ECOSOC. He is passionate about international security, multilateral cooperation and environmental sustainability. He looks forward to working with the multicultural and diverse secretariat team and welcoming participants worldwide.

Adam Turner

Adam Jan Turner is a Bachelor’s graduate in Political Science and International Relations, with hands-on experience in both the non-profit and diplomatic sectors. He has completed internships at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Berlin, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Czechia and Office of the Government of the Czech Republic, gaining valuable insight into international cooperation and migration policy. Adam is passionate about global affairs, diplomacy, and cross-cultural communication, and will be starting a Master’s degree in Political Science: European and International Governance at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) in Belgium this year. He is now looking to further deepen his expertise in European affairs and public policy. WIMUN New York 2026 will be his first experience with a Model United Nations conference, and he is excited to contribute to its success as a Conference Manager Officer and to be part of its dynamic international environment.

Ana Paulina Acosta is a Mexican-Spanish creative with a degree in Graphic Design, a minor in Animation, and a Master’s in Cultural Management. She brings several years of experience as a content creator on YouTube and other platforms, where she specializes in visual storytelling that integrates design, lifestyle, and fun. Her work explores themes of creativity, identity, and the everyday life of young adults, often through vlogs, illustrations, and engaging digital formats. Serving as Public Information Officer, Paulina aims support the promotion of the WFUNA International Model United Nations and its authentic approach to diplomacy. By combining her creative background with hands-on communications work, she focuses on crafting accessible, visually compelling content that reflects the spirit of diplomacy, youth leadership, and global citizenship. Through thoughtful storytelling and a keen eye for aesthetics, she focuses on amplifying the voices of young delegates and connect WIMUN’s mission with audiences around the world.

Lívia Silva Amatto

Lívia Amatto is a Brazilian photographer currently living in Denver. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Photography from Centro Universitário Senac and a technical degree in Interior Design. Combining light and form with a refined technique, she creates images that tell stories with sensitivity and precision. Inspired by her travels and interest in different cultures, Lívia captures corporate events, architecture, and people around the world.
Ang Zhi Yan

Ang Zhiyan

Ang Zhi Yan (b. 2002, Singapore) is an interdisciplinary artist whose practice focuses on textile installation, integrating crochet and printmaking to examine themes of identity, social behaviour, and everyday rituals through a multiracial and community-oriented lens. Her work reflects a commitment to cultural pluralism and the role of the arts in fostering dialogue and empathy across diverse communities. Zhi Yan’s artistic inquiry seeks to materialize the intangible and uncover moments of shared familiarity in transient gestures and domestic acts. Her approach to artmaking aligns with values of inclusion, youth empowerment, and grassroots engagement. She curated LOL – We’re All Pieces of Gum (2022), a youth-led exhibition under the Realise Your Somerset Project (RYSP), and participated in HEARTH by Art Outreach Singapore, an initiative supporting community-based artistic practices.
Laura Antoniolli

Laura Antoniolli

Laura Antoniolli (Italian, born on 20/09/1998) hopes to one day direct her own film. She has a deep passion for cinema, photography, and everything related to the world of video and images. She studied at various academies and completed university to specialize in the field, eventually becoming a freelancer. She works for a communication agency, producing music videos and short films. She has worked on Italian and Spanish television programs, including Boing Challenge 2, a show for young audiences. She also created an improvisation game “Cinemello Challenge” which she brought to the stage in Rome for two years. Laura takes photographs during theatre performances as well as in more formal settings. She creates reels for clients in the food industry and for the Rome City Councillor for Culture. Photography and video making have become her profession, and for Laura, one thing matters above all: to capture and convey the reality she observes as truthfully as possible through her work.

Bennett Nasser Bashir Lopez

Bennett is a freelance photographer from Mexico. He’s currently completing his Bachelor’s in Data Science in Canada, combining his technical background with his passion for capturing moments through imagery creative storytelling. His work spans wildlife, landscapes, events and artistic photoshoots, but he is especially drawn to photographing people and the connections that define them. For WIMUN New York 2026, Bennett hopes to bring his unique vision and international perspective to the team, helping to visually narrate the story of the conference, highlighting the spirit of diplomacy, cultural exchange, and youth leadership that WIMUN represents.

Nathaniel Rosario Dauz

Nathaniel is a creative professional with a background in Commercial Music and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Music Business. In their role as Public Information Officer at WIMUN, Nathaniel is committed to highlighting the mission and impact of the Model United Nations by WFUNA through a cinematic and narrative-driven approach. Their work focuses on producing engaging and relatable visual media that authentically represents the experiences of delegates and the values of global citizenship, diplomacy, and youth empowerment. Iskander Elkilany

Iskander Elkilany is studying Business Management at the University of Cambridge and is excited to serve as the Public Information Officer for WIMUN New York 2026. He first joined WFUNA as a graphic design intern and later moved into outreach, connecting schools and universities to global opportunities like WIMUN. These experiences have fueled his passion for bringing people together and building international connections. Outside of his work and studies, Iskander enjoys traveling, volleyball, and exploring business psychology, especially what drives meaningful and impactful conversations.

Ida Marchese

“Ida brings a strong background in public health and policy, strategic communications, social media management, and knowledge translation. She serves as a Public Information Officer for WIMUN New York 2026 and as a Communications Consultant for WFUNA. She previously led communications as the Director of Communications for the Global Model WHO 2024 and the Public Information Officer for WIMUN New York 2025 and served as Secretary-General for WIMUN Singapore 2025 and Director-General for the Global Model WHO 2025. Beyond multilateral settings, Ida is an Executive Board Member and Co-Head of Marketing for the Women’s Nonprofit Network, where she advances advocacy and outreach initiatives. She has also contributed her expertise in communications to organizations such as UNITE 2030, the University of Toronto, and the Centre for Vaccine Preventable Diseases. Ida is passionate about making complex ideas accessible and engaging through human-centred storytelling. Drawing on her interdisciplinary training, she works at the intersection of health, communications, and global development to amplify diverse youth voices, build inclusive platforms, and foster dialogue across borders.”

Matthew Roberson, from Chittenango, New York, will serve as a PIO for WIMUN New York 2025, marking his fourth time in this role. As an undergraduate student majoring in Public Health and Toxicology and with a minor in Studio Arts, he brings a tailored perspective of research, analytical analysis and art design to his position as a PIO. Having been a previous photographer for WIMUN 2024 and WIMUN Singapore 2025, he looks forward to capturing the essence and life of WIMUN New York 2026.

Ximena Yareni Barrientos Jaramillo

With a decade of experience in the MUN community, Ximena Barrientos brings a deep passion for international affairs to her role as ILO Chair (the first simulation she was a delegate for at WIMUN back in 2020). Her journey has taken her from serving as a delegate multiple times to chairing committees and contributing to the secretariat of past WIMUN conferences. Ximena’s commitment to global issues extends beyond extracurriculars, as she is currently working for the UNDP back in Mexico City. When not immersed in academics, she finds joy in exploring diverse cultures as well as their cuisines, embracing new musical genres that resonate with her, and cherishing quality time with friends.

Kyle Bell is a graduate student at Nova Southeastern University, pursuing a Master’s in Computer Engineering with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and serves as a Research Fellow at the Center for Public Policy and Innovation, where he contributes to projects at the intersection of emerging technologies, governance, and societal impact. Kyle has engaged in experiential learning in Warsaw and Berlin, presented original research at national political science conferences, and led complex data analysis initiatives. With a strong interdisciplinary background, Kyle integrates expertise in policy analysis, data science, and AI to address global challenges. His work focuses on developing frameworks for technology governance, AI policy, and data ethics that emphasize transparency, accountability, and human-centered design. He aims to pursue a legal career shaping responsible technology regulation and innovation policy.
Maria Fe Blanco

Maria Fe Blanco

Maria Fe is a fifth-year law student at Universidad del Pacífico in Lima, Peru, where she was recognized on the 2024 Honor List and received the Award for Academic Excellence. She works as a Junior Administrative Litigation Assistant at Ernst & Young (EY), where she contributes to legal strategy and argumentation in tax litigation cases before administrative authorities. In 2024, she won the Outstanding Delegate award in the ECOFIN Committee at her first Harvard National Model United Nations (HNMUN), competing against 180 delegates from recognized universities worldwide. In 2023, she represented Peru at Law Without Walls (LWOW), hosted by the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. As a WIMUN Chair, she is committed to fostering focused debate, strong argumentation, and collaborative leadership to achieve concrete and diplomatic outcomes—aligned with the standards of the most accurate simulation of the United Nations.

Ty is an undergraduate student at Towson University majoring in political science with a minor in international studies. He is deeply passionate about Model United Nations and currently serves as the president of the Towson Model UN club. In addition to competing in conferences, he leads workshop groups for high school students, helping them learn how to effectively research and represent their assigned countries. He has participated in Model UN conferences across the U.S. and in Asia. He can’t wait to meet everyone in New York!

Thiago Simonetti Garcia Yazbek Pereira

Thiago Pereira is a recent high school graduate born and raised in Brazil. He wishes to study international relations as his major in university as an aspiring diplomat who wants to ensure his home country has peaceful and long-lasting firm ties with fellow nations. Thiago first started his MUN career in 2022 at his school’s own MUN, and since then, has participated in numerous national and international conferences, both as a chair and a delegate, won over 7 awards, including at the WIMUN 2025 conference in New York, where he represented the “Global Young Greens” in the Youth Committee. Thiago has developed a deep fondness for MUN conferences, as he believes that such events are key for the empowerment of the youth and their induction into politics as the future of the world. With this passion, past experiences, and future ambitions, Thiago strives to ensure that WIMUN 2026 is a remarkable and educational experience for all delegates.

Yinghan Ma

Yinghan Ma is a young changemaker from Harbin, China. She recently completed her Master’s degree in International Relations and Political Science at the Geneva Graduate Institute, with a research focus on multilateral diplomacy and global governance. Since 2017, she has been actively involved in Model UN and has gained extensive experience through her leadership role in multiple major conferences across China. Yinghan has dedicated her early career to advancing global citizenship and youth empowerment, having worked as a MUN facilitator in China, a human rights education intern at the UN Human Rights Office (OHCHR), and now as a Logistics & Partnerships Assistant at WFUNA. With a firm belief in the educational value and transformative power of Model UN, Yinghan is committed to making this year’s WIMUN an unforgettable and impactful experience for all delegates.

Riddhi Sen Majumder

Hailing from the Himalayan foothils in India, Riddhi Sen Majumder is an international Model UN veteran with a decade of experience across the Model UN world, coupled with professional experience at UN OHCHR. A postgraduate in International Affairs from the pre-eminent Geneva Graduate Institute, Riddhi has been a part of the WIMUN Family for the past eight years, and has not only successfully delegated at WIMUNs, but also deftly led simulations, and filled multiple senior secretariat roles. A young innovator and TEDx speaker, who has effectively undertaken several leadership roles pertaining to youth and the UN in India and on the international stage, he is renowned for his belief in creating sustainable avenues for young people to address the challenges of leadership in his region.

Max Meyer is a student graduating High School in Brazil where he was born and raised. He has large interest in studying international relations in college in order to explore deplomacy and global improvement. Max has been involved in MUN’s since middle school and has had multiple experiences in leadership roles as a chair in prestegious conferences all around São Paulo. He first participated in a WIMUN conference in 2025. Max also enjoys teaching and participates in services that are directed to educating the youth and providing learing opportunities. Lastly, He is dedicated to make this WIMUN experience exteamly fun and exiting, making strides in delving deep into the idea of consensus and rebulding familiar concepts in order to question the way we try to change the world.

Rati Phiphia is a dedicated MUN educator from Tbilisi, Georgia. His journey with WIMUN began back in 2017 as a delegate, and over the years he has taken part in numerous conferences in various capacities. Along the way, he has been recognized with several awards, reflecting his deep understanding of diplomacy and strong commitment to the MUN community. For the past four years, he has worked as a MUN trainer and faculty advisor, mentoring and guiding delegations from Georgia and helping them succeed on international platforms. He currently works at UNA Georgia, where he is committed to making Model UN experience accessible to students across the country. Believing in the life-changing impact of MUN, he is passionate about helping young people engage with global issues—and is eager to help make WIMUN 2026 an unforgettable experience for all.

Sofia Quadrini is completing her undergraduate degree in International Relations with a specialization in Law at the University of Geneva. Originally from Argentina, she was raised across multiple countries, cultivating a deep appreciation for multiculturalism and global citizenship. A firm believer in the transformative power of youth engagement, Sofia serves as Head of Popaedia, a youth-led initiative that organizes events and workshops in collaboration with international organizations to empower young voices. Her work reflects a strong commitment to the core values of the United Nations, particularly in promoting equality, inclusive dialogue, and sustainable peace. Her academic interests lie at the intersection of international law and diplomacy, which she deepens through her role as a legal assistant—an experience that complements her studies and strengthens her understanding of legal processes in an international context. Throughout her university years, Sofia has been actively involved in the Geneva International Model United Nations (GIMUN), cultivating her passion for multilateral diplomacy and youth-led dialogue. His engagement with diplomacy, negotiation, and multilateral dialogue has shaped a long-term commitment to public service. Max is a student in the Master’s of Public Administration honors track at Leiden University (Netherlands). His research interests lie at the intersection of international relations, digital technology, and policy. Loretta Solis

Loretta Solís is pursuing a double degree in Law and International Relations at the Universidad de las Américas Puebla, Mexico. She is currently completing an academic exchange at Sciences Po Paris. Loretta is an active member of UDLAP’s Honors Program, where she conducts research on national security and violent extremism. Since 2015, Loretta has been involved in Model United Nations conferences at both the national and international levels. She is passionate about public speaking and fostering global dialogue. Her commitment in this area includes organizing and participating in numerous TEDx events, taking on roles both as a speaker and as a director. She contributed to the organization of the Permanent Seminar on National Security in Mexico and the Advanced Seminar on National and Regional Security of North America, events supported by the U.S. Embassy in Mexico, the Inter-American Committee Against Terrorism of the OAS, and UDLAP. This is her third year serving as a member of the WIMUN Secretariat, and she is excited to continue building meaningful connections through global cooperation.

Karla Daniela Lara Chávez

Karla Lara is an International Relations student based in Mérida, Yucatán, with a strong interest in diplomacy, education, and global cooperation. Raised in Texas, she seeks to bring a bicultural perspective to her work and studies. Karla has been involved in Model United Nations since middle school and has since taken on leadership roles as both a chair and a member of the academic teams behind major conferences across Mexico. She has led workshops, created educational materials, and trained dozens of students in diplomatic practice. Karla is also part of the founding team of a community-centered tourism initiative in Mexico that empowers local communities through sustainable development and strengthens environmental education in her region. Through her work in research, communications, and youth leadership, she is committed to helping others engage with global issues and take action in their own communities.

Mara Diana Velea

Diana, originally from Romania, has lived in the Netherlands for the last four years, during which she completed two bachelor’s degrees and is now embarking on a master’s in Environment and Infrastructure Planning at the University of Groningen. With almost a decade of MUN involvement across Europe and Asia, she has experienced a wide range of roles from delegate to Secretary-General. However, chairing remains her favorite MUN activity, and she is excited about this upcoming opportunity. Diana loves debating a broad spectrum of topics, from environmental policy to geopolitics, books, and music. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and crafting oddly specific Spotify playlists.
Martin Wong

Martin Wong

Martin Wong, originally from Hong Kong, is a senior undergraduate at the University of Notre Dame, majoring in Business Analytics and Political Science with a minor in Finance. Since attending his first Model United Nations conference in 2020, he has won over nine Best Delegate awards at conferences hosted by institutions such as Oxford University, the University of Chicago, and Yale University. Among these accolades, Martin received the WIMUN “Diplomacy Award” in 2021 for representing Bolivia in the General Assembly Third Committee. Today, he serves as a MUN coach at Harbinger Debate and is the founder of GavelX, where he continues to share his passion with primary, middle, and high school students.
