Savannah Jamora

Savannah is the Director-General for GMWHO Geneva 2024. She discovered her passion for Model UN while attending her first WIMUN conference in 2015 and is dedicated to the education and empowerment of youth as global citizens. Savannah holds a BA/BCom in International Relations and International Business and is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor degree. In addition to her studies, she has over seven years of administrative experience at Sydney Adventist Hospital – NSW Australia’s largest private hospital renowned for its holistic approach to healthcare. Savannah sends her best to all delegates and encourages them to inspire one another, bring new ideas and initiatives to GMWHO, and spread the spirit of consensus.

Christie Kim

Christie Kim

Christie Kim is an ORISE Fellow at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for the Office of Science at the Immediate Office of the Director level. She serves as a Special Assistant who supports the federal agency with maintaining science quality and integrity to save lives and protect public health as a team sport. She is a recent graduate from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, completing her Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a concentration in Nutrition. Christie’s interests in Model UN flourished when she served as a delegate and mentor to students during high school and strives to help support the next generation of leaders in global health.
Riddhi Sen Majumder

Riddhi Sen Majumder

Riddhi Sen Majumder is a postgraduate in International Affairs from the pre-eminent Geneva Graduate Institute, who is currently working with UN OHCHR. An international Model UN veteran hailing from the Himalayan foothills in India, Riddhi has been a part of the WIMUN Family for the past eight years, and has not only successfully delegated at WIMUNs, but also deftly led simulations, and filled multiple senior secretariat roles. A young innovator and TEDx speaker, who has effectively undertaken several leadership roles pertaining to youth and the UN in India and on the international stage, he is renowned for his belief in creating sustainable avenues for young people to address the challenges of leadership in his region.
Ida Marchese

Ida Marchese

Ida Marchese is a dynamic Changemaker dedicated to promoting equitable access to healthcare and education. With extensive global health and equity experience, she has conducted international research, developed innovative curricula for the University of Toronto, and worked with the Centre for Vaccine Preventable Diseases (CVPD) at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Ida has represented Canada at various international forums and actively engages in grassroots volunteer work across the Greater Toronto Area. As the founder of SCIENSIS and the United Youth Roundtable, she champions Sisterhood in STEM and youth equity while serving on the Executive Board of Directors at the Women’s Nonprofit Network and spearheading initiatives to end gender-based violence and advance health education with the Health Equity Corps.

Bianca Silveira Ferreira

Bianca Ferreira is a Global Studies undergraduate at Temple University, also pursuing a minor in Political Science. She has participated in 16 Model UNs, notably Harvard Model United Nations (HMUN), Yale Model United Nations (YMUN), Cornell Model United Nations (CMUNC), and WFUNA International Model United Nations (WIMUN), where she won the Position Paper Award. Bianca is also an alumnus of the Latin American Leadership Academy and the Harvard Undergraduate International Relations Scholars Program. She is deeply passionate about Human Rights, conflict resolution, and peacebuilding, as well as leading local programs aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals in her community, in São Paulo.

Caroline Knop

Caroline Knop is a fourth year medical student at Charité Berlin with a strong interest in Global Health. As a youth advocate she participated in the 76th and the 77th World Health Assembly in Geneva, mainly focusing her work on meaningful youth engagement and the digital transformation of health. After being a delegate at this year’s London International Model United Nations (LIMUN) and Harvard World Model United Nations (Harvard WorldMUN) she is excited to join the Global Model WHO in Geneva as a chair.

Giovanna Lopes dos Santos

Giovanna Lopes is an International Relations student at Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Brazil. Since 2019 she has participated in more than 15 Model UN simulations, as staff, delegate, vice-chair, chair, and Secretary General. She already has experience in WIMUN, and it is her second year in the conference, now pursuing the role as Chair. Giovanna is intrigued by the allocation of rights in the world such as the ones stated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. As a person who perceives inequality every day in São Paulo, she wants to develop capabilities in politics to help these people and change their lives.

Madhu Shruti Mukherjee

A Global Health Advocate, Madhu Shruti Mukherjee is a final year medical student from India, and has been involved with Model UN for the past decade- winning several accolades and chairing some of the largest Model WHOs in the process. She has also been part of student health organisations and has represented them at the 76th and the 77th World Health Assembly as a delegate. She has also spearheaded several on-ground projects with an overarching theme of promoting Universal Health Coverage(UHC) and Health Systems Resilience. She envisions a world where health information is accessible to anyone and everyone, and Model UNs are an important stepping stone in that direction.
Mohammed Mamedov

Mohammed Mamedov

Mohammed Mamedov is a graduate of Anglo-American University in Prague and currently is pursuing his LLM with SQE at Middlesex University in Dubai. Mohammed is from Azerbaijan, born in Russia. He believes that being a part of GMWHO is a fascinating opportunity because of advocating for justice and protection of equality, as well as human rights on the global arena. Despite politics and law, he likes playing the piano, travelling, cooking and fashion. Mohammed works in a local Emirati law firm, and as a licensed inspector of the luxury brands segment by ensuring the legal, as well as ethics complience with the internal codes. Moreover, Mohammed is also a part of the 177th Noble Family in Azerbaijan.
Nowell Lewin Jr.

Nowell Lewin Jr.

Nowell A. Lewin Jr. is a University of the West Indies, Mona student pursuing a Bachelor of Law. Since 2019, Nowell has actively participated in Model United Nations (MUN), demonstrating his commitment to international diplomacy and youth leadership. He has evolved from a delegate to a respected chairperson, contributing significantly to numerous local and international MUN conferences. Beyond MUN, Nowell is deeply involved in his community, spearheading initiatives such as a local recycling program to promote climate resilience and a mental health initiative to promote awareness for mental health challenges.
Jaclyn Lo

Jaclyn Lo

Jaclyn Lo is a global citizen deeply committed to serving disadvantaged communities through her research and direct service in areas such as leprosy, dementia, women’s health and gender diverse adolescents. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Medicine at Drexel University in Philadelphia. As an UNA-USA member, she advocates for global childhood immunization programs and malaria elimination. She is excited to capture the emotion, spirit and energy of the GMWHO delegates through her photography.

Joshua Aluga Gideon

Joshua Aluga Gideon is a Health Policy & Communications Professional with over 5 years of experience in youth-led initiatives, and non-profit organizations in Nigeria, Africa, and internationally. As an undergraduate medical student and the Managing Director of Equicare Strategies, Joshua has played a pivotal role in guiding the organization to influence health policy and promote access to healthcare through strategic communication and policy advocacy. Additionally, he has trained numerous healthcare students across Nigeria and Africa in policy and advocacy and has interned at the Boston Congress of Public Health (BCPH).
