At the beginning of February, WFUNA's office in Geneva hosted twenty students from Kyung Hee University for an Advanced Training Program on the UN. During this week-long program, students participated in different activities involving topics such as multilateralism, trade and development, human rights and humanitarian issues, and a day focused on their career development in an international environment.
Kyung Hee University students represented their country exceptionally through different visits to organisations such as WTO, where they engaged in a discussion about Trade with a fellow national, or during their time speaking with diplomats at the Korean Mission to the UN. These young delegates also partook in a model UPR roleplay where they learnt about the modalities of UN mechanisms and put them into practice.
