Registration Types
Register as a delegate and step into the role of a UN representative in our realistic simulations. Take on the challenge of representing a country, navigating complex global issues, and working collaboratively to build consensus on critical decisions.
Become a faculty advisor to empower and guide the next generation of global leaders. As an advisor, you will support delegates as they prepare for and participate in the conference. Faculty advisors have access to specialized workshops designed to enhance their advising and mentoring skills.
Observers have the opportunity to gain an exclusive look into WIMUN Singapore 2025. Observers, including parents, chaperones, and other supporters, can attend ceremonies, select workshops, and witness the energy of WIMUN without participating directly in committee sessions.
Visas
Participants are responsible for procuring their visa to enter Singapore through their local embassy or consulate. WFUNA is not responsible for securing participants’ visas and will not be able to assist in the process. It is also the responsibility of each participant to determine which visa category they need to apply for. We recommend consulting with the Singapore embassy or consulate nearest to you.

How to Reach Resorts World Sentosa
The trip from Singapore Changi Airport to Resorts World Sentosa offers several convenient options, whether you prefer a direct taxi ride, a shuttle service, or public transportation. Resorts World Sentosa is located at 8 Sentosa Gateway, Singapore 098269.
Transportation by taxi includes approximately 30 minutes of travel time, depending on traffic. Taxis are readily available at the airport’s designated taxi stands. Additionally, transportation by shuttle service can be arranged in the Ground Transport Concierge at the airport. This option provides a direct route to Resorts World Sentosa for your convenience.
If you prefer public transportation, there are a few options:
By MRT (subway) and Sentosa Express. The trip will take approximately 1 hour. Please proceed to MRT Station at Changi Airport and get off after two stops at Tanah Merah Station. Transfer to the East-West Line heading towards Joo Koon and get off at Outram Park Station after 12 stops. Once you have reached the Outram Park Station switch to the North-East Line (Purple Line) towards HarbourFront and get off at HarbourFront Station. Exit to VivoCity Station and proceed to Level 3 to board the Sentosa Express monorail to Resorts World Station. Follow the signs to reach Hotel Michael within Resorts World Sentosa.

FAQ
What are the fees for the conference?
Conference fees vary, depending on registration type. We are offering a limited launch bundle for the first 50 participants to pay during early registration. Sign up early to take advantage of the discounts and perks which include – registration for WIMUN Singapore 2025, conference welcome package, 4 nights in the conference’s 5-star hotel, and all other benefits from early registration. If you register during early registration, i.e. before March 15th, 2025, you pay $269 per delegate. If you register during the priority or regular registration period (March 16th – June 1st, 2025), you pay $199 per delegate. Faculty advisors will include a fee of $169 and observers a fee of $129 no matter the registration period. For more information, please visit the registration page.
Do you offer scholarships?
Unfortunately, WFUNA and WIMUN are unable to offer any scholarships for WIMUN Singapore 2025. We encourage you, however, to seek funding elsewhere, like local businesses, foundations, grants, etc., if you cannot afford the conference fee.
How do I register for WIMUN Singapore 2025?
Registration for WIMUN Singapore 2025 is done through MyMUN. You can access the registration page for the conference by clicking here. To register, simply click on the big blue button saying “Apply Now” after which MyMUN will guide you through the registration process. If you do not have a MyMUN profile, you will be required to create one. If you already have a profile, please log into your account. Afterwards, you can select if you wish to register on your own (select “Delegate” or “Observer”) or if you wish to register a delegation (select “Head Delegate” or “Faculty Advisor”) and complete the registration process. Once you have submitted your registration, a member of our team will review your registration and either accept it or get in touch with you if there are any issues with it. After your registration was accepted by our team, you will have to complete payment for the conference to finalize your registration and secure your spot for the conference.
I have registered for the conference, what are the next steps?
Thank you for registering for the conference! Please be reminded that your conference registration is not final until you have also paid in full for your conference participation. If you have not completed payment yet, please access your application through the MyMUN portal and navigate to the “payment” section. Once you have opened the payment tab in your application, you will be able to select the fee(s) you wish to pay for and complete payment conveniently by credit card directly through MyMUN. If you wish to pay by wire transfer, please let us know and we will issue you an invoice with the bank details on it. After you complete payment (or if you have done so already), you will receive a country and simulation assignment soon. You will receive an email notification from MyMUN once you have received your country assignment. After receiving your country assignment, you can begin preparing for the simulation. You can find more information about the different simulations and topics further up on this page. Once available, we also strongly recommend you review the SG Report, the Resource Guide, and the Handbook for your simulation and attend our pre-conference training webinars.
Can I request a change in my country assignment?
WIMUN follows a very specific procedure for country assignments taking into account various factors. The countries in each simulation have been specially selected keeping in mind their importance and involvement in the topic being discussed. Every country in a simulation has given a speech about the topic at the UN. This means that the delegates will easily be able to find information on their country assigned. Every country that is chosen is an important actor. Most importantly, part of any Model UN experience is expanding your horizons. WIMUN is about the learning opportunity. If you have been given a country or topic you are unfamiliar with, then this is the perfect time to learn about that country and topic. That is a huge part of MUN in general, this is the time for you to step up to the challenge and become a strong representative of a country you were previously unfamiliar with. This is how Model UN Conference attendees become global citizens, by putting themselves in the shoes of countries, diplomats, and representatives you did not know much about before. Other factors that come into play include: if you have applied as a delegation or as a delegate, how soon you paid your conference fees, and several other factors. As a result, country assignments can not be changed.
Can I get a refund?
As per our terms and conditions all fees paid to WIMUN Singapore are non-refundable. Therefore, we are unable to provide you with a refund for the conference. We appreciate your understanding.
