WIMUN New York 2025 offers discounted rates for hotel rooms at the InterContinental New York Times Square. Stay at the conference venue, just an elevator ride away from the simulation rooms and conveniently located at Times Square, with easy access to all Manhattan. Participants booked at the conference venue will receive a 20% discount on their participation fees and can qualify for up to 15% off in their entire stay if they wish to stay for periods beyond the conference.

How to Reach the InterContinental and Westin
The InterContinental New York Times Square and the Westin New York at Times Square are in close proximity to each other. The InterContinental is located at 300 W 44th St, New York, NY 10036, United States and the Westin is located at 270 W 43rd St, New York, NY 10036, United States. Both hotels can be reached by cab from all major airports. If you prefer to make use of public transport, the nearest stations to the hotels are “42nd Street Times Square,” and “42nd Street – Port Authority Bus Terminal.”
From JFK International Airport, please take the JFK AirTrain to Jamaica Station, from where you can ride Subway line E westbound to 42nd Street – Port Authority Bus Terminal to reach the hotel.
From Newark Libert International Airport, you can take the Newark Airport Express bus to “West 42nd Street & Port Authority Terminal” to reach the hotel.
From LaGuardia Airport, you can take bus line Q70-SBS to “Jackson Heights – Roosevelt Avenue” from where you can can ride Subway line E westbound to 42nd Street – Port Authority Bus Terminal to reach the hotel.
