WFUNA Launches 16+ Forum with Breakfast Event: Interlinkages across Goal 16 & 2030 Agenda
With the aim of exploring the interlinkages between Goal 16 and the rest of the Sustainable Development Goals, as well as connections with other UN processes, the first session of the 16+ Forum was held on the morning of April 20, 2016. The event was co-hosted by the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Korea to the United Nations.

WFUNA was happy to welcome to their office Ms. Suk-ja Cho from the Mapo-gu Office, Ms. Yoon-jung Cho from the Korea Edu-Care Association and Mr. Hunkyu Moon from Go Go Africa, all representatives of organizations affiliated with the Seoul Metropolitan Government's Volunteer Center. The briefing included an overview of WFUNA's work in education and volunteerism and provided an opportunity for WFUNA to learn more about the government's volunteer efforts in Seoul.

NEW YORK -- WFUNA hosted two workshops around the conference theme of civil society's role in the post-2015 development agenda as part of the 65th Annual UN DPI/NGO Conference from 27-29 August 2014 at UN headquarters in New York.
WFUNA Presents at Yuhan-Kimberly's 41st and 42nd Green Camp
KOREA - On Tuesday, 30 July, and on Saturday, 3 August, WFUNA was invited to present at Yuhan-Kimberly's Green Camp in GyeongGi-Do at the SanUm Recreation Forest in Korea. WFUNA was greeted by Yuhan-Kimberly CEO, Mr. KyooBok Choe, Vice-President Mr. YoungHwa Lim, and other senior leaders and staffers of Yuhan-Kimberly. This camp was held in partnership with the Korea Forest Service and the Korea Forest Research Institute.
